To answer your enquiry, send you pricing and project information you asked for, and stay in touch about new construction homes in Brampton and Caledon. That's it. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to other agents or to lead brokers.
When you tick the consent box on a form, you are giving us express consent under Canada's anti-spam legislation to contact you by email, phone and text about new construction homes.
You can withdraw that at any time. Reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any email, or email us and say so. We'll action it within 10 business days and usually the same day. Withdrawing consent for marketing doesn't affect us contacting you about a transaction you're actually in.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our follow-up: our customer relationship system (Follow Up Boss), our website hosting and database (Netlify and Supabase), and analytics providers. They process your information on our instructions. Some store data outside Canada, which means it may be accessible to foreign courts and law enforcement under the laws of those countries.
We may also share your details with a builder's sales office where that's necessary to register you on a project you've asked about — we'll tell you when that applies.
For as long as you're a client or a prospective client, and afterwards for as long as we're required to keep records under Ontario real estate legislation. You can ask us to delete anything we aren't legally required to hold.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
