Caledon is the faster-growing half of this market and the harder one to get current information on, because several of its communities are selling in phases rather than all at once.
Most of what is selling in Caledon right now sits in the south of the town — the Mayfield corridor and the Hurontario stretch — rather than in Bolton or the villages. That matters for commute, for schools, and for what the land around you is likely to become over the next decade.
Two things to hold in mind. Several of these communities are phased, so the price you see advertised may belong to a phase that has closed; always ask which release a price applies to. And Highway 413 runs through this conversation constantly — it is under construction, it is not finished, and no one should pay a premium today for a commute improvement that is still years out.

Every community below shows the date we last checked it with the builder. Where something is stale, the page says so rather than leaving an old number up quietly.
Starting prices are the builder’s lowest model and change without notice. Lot premiums are extra. Each community page shows the date we last verified it. E.&O.E.
